Yüksek Yapıların Kullanım Sürecindeki Durumlarının Değerlendirilmesine Yönelik Bir Yöntem

Abstract

Bu çalışmada amaçlanan, yüksek yapıların oluşumunun başlangıcından günümüze gittikçe artan çeşitli ihitiyaçlarını,sorunlarını,eksiklerini kullanım süreci aşamasındaki yüksek yapılarda belirlemek, hem kullanıcıya hem de değerlendirmeyi yapan teknik adama yardımcı olacak bir yöntem oluşturmaktır. Öncelikle yüksek yapıların ortaya çıkma ve gelişme sürecindeki kültürel, sosyal, ekonomik ve teknolojik nedenleri, dünyada ve ülkemizdeki gelişmeleri örnekleriyle araştırılmıştır. Bunun yanısıra değerlendirme kavramı ve mimarlıkta değerlendirme incelenmiş, yüksek yapıların kullanım sürecindeki durumlarının değerlendirilebilmesindeki süreçteki ölçütlerin elde edilebilmesi için değerlendirme kavramı çerçevesinde yerli ve yabancı kaynaklar taranmıştır. Buna bağlı olarak değerlendirmede kullanılabilecek ölçütler iki aşamada tanımlanmıştır. İlk aşamada ölçütler formatlanmış ve ikinci aşamada ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra iki farklı tip yüksek yapı grubu seçilmiş ve incelenmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to determine the various needs, problems, deficiencies of the high buildings and to create a method that will help both the user and technical man who will make the evaluation. At first, the appearance and the development time period of high buildings’ cultural, social, economic and technological reasnos, the development of high buildings all over the world and in our country has been examined and explained within the examples. What’s more meaning of evaluation and evaluation in architecture has been examined, the local and the foreign resources have been studied in order to obtain the criteria for evaluating the situation of the high buildings during their usage period. The criteria that will be used during the evaluation have been descibed in two steps. In the first step the criteria have been turned into tables and in the second step their importance among each other has been determined. After this, two different types of high building has been chosen and determined according to the method.
