Tankerlerde Kargo Devresi Ve Maliyet İlişkileri

Abstract

İşletme açısından diğer önemli boru devresi ise kargo devresidir.. Herhangi bir arıza ya da hasar durumunda yükün aktarılması için kullanılacak bir alternatif devre yoktur. Tüm kargo alanında kullanılan ve işletme açısından önemli olan bu devrenin hem inşa sürecinde hem de geminin ekonomik ömür boyunca oluşturduğu maliyetler vardır. Geminin inşası sırasında ilk maliyet vardır. Diğer taraftan kargo devresinin kullanımına bağlı olarak oluşan işletme maliyeti vardır. Bu iki maliyetin oluşturduğu son maliyet ise toplam maliyettir. İlk maliyet genel olarak devrede kullanılan ekipmanların inşa sürecinde oluşturduğu satın alma maliyetidir ve boru çapı ile doğru orantılıdır. Aynı şekilde işletme maliyeti de kargonun aktarılması sırasında oluşan ve büyük oranda sürtünme kaybı ya da diğer bir deyişle boru çapı ve eşdeğer boru uzunluğuna bağlıdır. Eşdeğer boru uzunluğu sabit olduğundan işletme maliyeti de boru çapına bağlıdır. Dolayısıyla toplam maliyetin boru çapına bağlı olduğu görülür. Kargo devresinin tankerler üzerindeki önemi göz önüne alınırsa, devre tasarımı oluşan maliyetler de optimum olacak şekilde optimum yapılmalıdır. Toplam maliyeti optimum yapan çap değerinin bulmak içinse, toplam maliyet farklı çap değerlerine göre bulunur. Toplam maliyet belli bir çap değeri için minimum olur ve bu çap değerimiz bizim optimum çap değerimizdir. Sonuç olarak bu tezde ilk olarak kargo devresi ve devreyi oluşturan ekipmanlar anlatılacaktır. Daha sonra, devrenin oluşturduğu maliyetler detaylı şekilde incelenecektir. Maliyeti optimum yapan çap değeri için uygulanacak yöntemden bahsedilecek ve dört farklı tanker için uygulama yapılacaktır. Son olarak ise optimum çap kullanılması halinde elde edilecek kâr ve avantajlardan bahsedilecektir.

Cargo line is the most important pipeline in the way of management. In case of any malfunction or damage, there is no alternative pipeline for the transfer of cargo. There are major costs occured during ship construction and economical life of ship. During construction, initial cost occurs. On the other hand, there is management cost due to use of cargo line. Final cost is sum of initial and management costs. Initial cost is composed of equipment and workshop costs. It is directly proportional to pipe diameter. Likewise, management cost is a function of losses due to cargo transfer in pipeline or in other words a function of pipe diameter and equivalent pipe length. As equivalent pipe length is constant, management cost is related to pipe diameter. Therefore, it can be seen that total cost of cargo line is dependent on pipe diameter. When taking consider of importance of cargo line in tankers, cargo line is to be designed as the costs are to be optimum. To find the pipe diameter making the cost optimum, total cost is calculated for different pipe diameters. Total cost is minimum for one specific pipe diameter and this pipe diameter is optimum pipe diameter. As a result in this thesis, firstly cargo line and the equipments are to be introduced. The costs are to be observed. Method for pipe diameter making the total cost optimum, is mentioned and application is to be made . Finally, profits and advantages by using optimum pipe diameter are mentioned.
