| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, Gelecek Senaryoları Planlaması düşüncesinin sistematik ve bilimsel uygulamasını göstermek ve örnek olarak 3. Nesil Mobil İletişim Endüstrisini kullanarak, bu endüstrinin orta vadede belirsiz geleceğini analitik yöntemlerle tahmin etmek ve yine bilimsel metotlarla Stratejik Yönetim düşüncesinin temellerini kullanarak bu pazardaki oyuncuları, analiz sonucunda elde edilen geleceğe hazırlayacak stratejileri üretmektir. Çalışma temel olarak 2 farklı bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde Senaryo Planlama metodolojisi kullanılarak incelenen endüstriye ait gelecek senaryoları, temellerini Michel GODET in attığı MICMAC, MACTOR, ve SMIC yöntemleriyle elde edilecektir. Bir sonraki bölümde ise Stratejik Yönetim ekollerinden Porter in Genel Stratejileri ve BCG nin Büyüme/Pazar Payı Matrisleri kullanılarak senaryo tabanlı strateji geliştirme araçları incelenecek ve seçilen konuya uygulanarak 3. Nesil Mobil İletişim Teknolojisini kullanan mobil iletişim operatörleri ile altyapı ve cihaz üreticileri için senaryo tabanlı gelecek stratejileri geliştirilecektir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The main aim of this academic work is to demonstrate scientific and systematic applications of Future Scenario Planning methods in global business arena and to calculate middle and long range uncertain future ranges of the 3rd Generation Mobile Communication Industries and also to develop industrial strategies for industrial players, with systematic methods of Strategic Management idea, according to the analytically planned future scenarios. The paper consist of two stages. At the first stage, the future scenarios will be analyzed with the MICMAC, MACTOR and SMIC techniques of Michel GODET. At the second stage, thanks to the Strategic Management schools like Porter` s Generic Strategies and BCG` s The Growth/Share Matrixes, strategy development tools will be investigated and applied to the sample subject to develop scenario based strategies for the global 3rd Generation Mobile Communication Industry and it`s players. | |
