Susturucuların Akustik Performanslarının İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, basit odalı silindirik bir susturucudan başlayarak, yutucu malzemeli uzatılmış silindirli iki odalı bir susturucuya kadar belirli tipteki susturucuların akustik performanslarının iki boyutlu analitik metot yardımı ile incelenmesini ve susturucuların akustik performanslarının deneysel yollarla belirlenmesinde kullanılan bir deney düzeneğinin tasarlanmasını içermektedir. İncelenen her bir susturucuya ait ses iletim kaybı eğrisi, sonlu elemanlar metodu ile analiz yapan, Msc. Actran akustik analiz programından elde edilen iletim kaybı eğrileri ile doğrulanmıştır. Susturuculara ait muhtelif parametrelerin değişiminin ses iletim kaybı eğrilerine etkileri ayrıca değerlendirilmiştir.This study covers the observation of the acoustical performance of certain type of mufflers, from a circular expansion chamber to two circular expansion chambers including fiber material and extended inlet/outlet tubes, with the help of the 2D analytical approach; and the design of a measurement setup to be used to determine the acoustic attenuation performance of mufflers in an experimental way. Confirmation of transmission loss curves with the help of the analytical method was implemented with Msc. Actran acoustic analysis program as well, which works based on finite element approach. Effect of some parameters for each muffler type to sound transmission loss curve was also estimated.
