Bilgi Yönetimi Ve Şirket Bilgi Yöneticisinin Organizasyondaki Yeri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada “Bilgi Yönetimi” sistematik ve alt sistemleri incelenmiş, organizasyonlarda söz konusu inisiyatifin sorumluluğunu üstlenecek olan “Şirket Bilgi Yöneticileri”nin temel sorumlulukları, sahip olmaları gereken iş ve kişisel yeterlilikleri konularına değinilmiştir. Tezin uygulama kısmında ise söz konusu sorumluluklar, inisiyatifin stratejik önemi, mevcut fonksiyonlarla ilişkileri de dikkate alarak reel bir organizasyonda “Şirket Bilgi Yöneticisi”nin lokalizasyonu ve ilgili birimlerin yeniden organizasyonu için öneriler sunulmuştur. Önerilen modeli mevcut uygulamalarla karşılaştırdığımızda “Şirket Bilgi Yöneticisi”nin lokasyonu konusunda benzer örnekler mevcutsa da ilgili birimlerin yeniden organizasyonu mevcut uygulamalardan farklı bir yaklaşım içermektedir.

In this study, Knowledge Management systematic and it’s subsystems are examined in detail and focused on the responsibilities, required skills and competencies of Chief Knowledge Officers, who will take the charge of this initiative in organisations. In the application phase of this study, above mentioned responsibilities, strategic importance of this initiative and it’s relations with other functions are taken into account and a model organisational structure is proposed which shed light on the location of the Chief Knowledge Officer and re-organisation of the related functions. Compared with common business applications, there are similar examples for the location of the Chief Knowledge Officers but we don’t see any similar examples for the re-organisation of the related functions.
