Zincir Otellerde Konaklama Amaçlarına Göre Yatak Odası Nitelikleri Ve Tasarım-uygulama İçin Endüstrileşme Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Otel yatak odalarının müşteri algısı üzerindeki etkisi, otelin diğer iç mekânlarına göre daha güçlü olduğundan, oda tasarımı bir otel için ilk ve en önemli tasarım kararını oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada zincir otellerin seçilen şehir içi ve kıyı tesislerine ait yatak odası örneklerinin karşılaştırmalı analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, N.E.N 2883 konvansiyonları baz alınarak bir otel zincirinin yatak odaları için yarı açık bir sistem ön görülmüş, sistemin uygulaması ise zincire ait şehir ve kıyı oteli üzerinde yapılmıştır. Yapılan tasarım ve uygulama otel odası tasarımının ne şekilde yapılması gerektiğine değil, yarı açık sistem yaklaşımının zincir otel odalarında kullanımını anlatmaya yöneliktir.

As the bedrooms make a more lasting impression on the lodging guest than other interior spaces of the hotel, the room design constitutes the primary and the most essential design decision. The evaluation of bedroom examples belonging to pre-selected destinations city and resort facilities of chain hotels was the methodology of the study. According to the evaluations, a semi-open system is proposed for bedrooms of a chain hotel by considering N.E.N 2883 conventions and the system is applied to a city and a resort hotel belonging to the chain. It is worth to state that the proposed design and application with this study, are not intended for how hotel room should be designed; but to explain the usage of the semi-open system approach in chain hotels.
