| dc.description.abstract | ERP çözümleri işletmelerin tüm süreçlerini kapsayan, iş akışı ve iş disiplinleri ile desteklenen sistemlerdir. Uygulamada başarısız olan ERP sistemlerinin temeline bakıldığında asıl sorununun yazılım seçiminde veya implementasyon aşamasında olduğu görülmektedir. ERP yatırımına ihtiyaç ver mı ve hangi yazılım seçilmeli soruları irdelenmelidir. Kararın mali ve stratejik boyutu ve çözüm sunan firma çokluğu konuyu karmaşıklaştırmaktadır. Orta ölçekli tekstil firmalarında konuya gereken önem verilmemektedir. Bu sebepten dolayı çalışmada, ilk aşama olarak bu firmalar için ERP yatırım kararı ve yazılım seçimi aşamalarında uygulanabilecek bir metedoloji oluşturulmuştur. Metedoloji oluşturulurken mevcut literatür ve tekstil sektöründe ERP uygulamalarında deneyimli kişilerin fikirlerinden faydalanılmıştır. İkinci aşama olarak ise, oluşturulan metedoloji orta ölçekli bir tekstil işletmesine uygulanarak, kullanılabilirliği gösterilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ERP solutions are the systems that include all the process of a mill and supported with the process flows and business discipline. It can be seen that the main reason for the unsuccesfull ERP projects is the problems in the software decision and implementation phases. The following questions should be examined before the investment: Is the firm need an ERP solution, If yes, which software will be chosen? Financial and strategic dimensions of the projects connected with the too many solutions makes the subject complicated. Mostly, this subject isn’t cared in medium scaled textiles mills. This study which aims to point the importance of investment decision and software selection process of ERP projects in medium scaled textile mills, includes two phases. In the first phase a metedology is formed for these firms. This metedology is formed with the literature search and the advices of people experienced in ERP applications in textile industry. In the second phase, the metedology is carried out in a medium scaled textile mill and find that it can be used for this purpose. | |
