Rüzgar Enerjisi Ve Türbin Seçiminin Maliyete Etkisi

Abstract

Rüzgâr santralleri kurmak için gerekli etüd çalışmaları, elde edilecek rüzgâr enerjisinin tahmini, fizibilite raporları gibi önemli teknik ve finansal dataları şekillendireceği için çok detaylı ve hassasiyetle yapılmaktadır. Hazırlanan bu bilgiler ışığında ortaya kullanılması gereken türbin tip ve güçleri çıkmaktadır. Sektörün çok hızlı gelişmesinden kaynaklanan arz-talep dengesizliği istenen türbin tiplerinin kısa sürede teminini mümkün kılamamaktadır. Yatırımcı kuruluşlar ise mali ve bürokratik sürecini tamamlanmış projeleri için en kısa sürede üretime geçmek istemektedirler. Bu durum ise zorunlu olarak yatırımcı kuruluşları temin edilebilen türbinleri kullanmaya itmektedir. Bu çalışmada, yapılan etüt ve projeler neticesinde tespit edilen türbinlerin yerine farklı türbinlerin kullanılması halinde yıllık getirideki değişimi araştırılmış. Çıkan sonuçlar grafik halinde gösterilmiş ve sebepleri incelenmiştir.

The studies, which are required to establish wind power station, are carried out with great care and sensibility as they will shape the important technical and financial datas such as feasibility reports with the estimate of the required wind power. With the help of this information, the sort and power of turbine type.( that must be used) emerges. The unbalance in the supply and demand which emerges from the fast development of the sector makes the supply of the wanted turbine types in a short time, impossible. The investor foundations want to start producing for their projects that completed their financial and legal process. This situations makes the investor foundations use the turbines that have already been supplied. In this study, instead of using the turbines that are determined with the help of studies and projects, the change in the annual income by using the different turbines, has been researched. The results are shown in graphics and the reasons are investigated.
