Plastik Enjeksiyon Yöntemi İle Parça İmalatı İmalat Hataları Ve Hata Tespiti

Abstract

Bu çalışma içerisinde, günümüzde hayatımızın büyük bir bölümünde kullandığımız, her geçen gün uygulama alanları biraz daha fazla artan plastik malzemeler, plastik malzemeler kullanılarak imal edilecek parçaların tasarımında dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalar, imalat sırasında oluşabilecek hatalar incelenmiş, bu hataların önceden nasıl tespit edilip imalatın daha verimli ve kaliteli hale getirilebileceği anlatılmıştır. Çalışma içerisinde birçok görsel örnek verilmeye çalışılmış ve uygulamalar içerisinde de analiz sonuçları ile tez çalışması içerisinde anlatılan konular daha somut bir şekilde gösterilmiştir.

The most important difference of plastic part production using injection molding method from the other production methods is that the faults could be seen only at the end of production. The aim of this project is to consider the important points while designing plastic parts that are in every place in our lives these days, the importance of plastic materials and prove the advantages of seeing the manufacturing faults before production. There a lot of visual analysis results inside the project to prove the examples in the project.
