Özet
Bu çalışmada, “click kimyası” terimi altında sınıflandırılan, Diels-Alder (DA), bakır katalizli azid-alkin siklo katılma (CuAAC) tepkimeleri, atom transfer radikal birleştirme reaksiyonları(ATNRC), halka açılma reaksiyonları (ROMP) gibi etkin organik reaksiyonlardan faydalanılarak, aşı polimerlerinin sentezi için yeni yöntemler geliştirilmiştir. Aşı polimerlerine takılacak olan polimerlerin sentezi kullanılan öncü polimerler kontrollü/yaşayan radikal polimerleşme (C/LRP) yöntemlerinden biri olan, atom transfer radikal polimerleşmesi (ATRP) , halka açılma polimerizasyonu(ROP, ROMP), esterleşme reaksiyonları ile hazırlanmışlardır. İlk olarak, farklı fonksiyonaliteye sahip monomerler ROMP reaksiyonu ile birbirlerine rastgele kopolimer oluşturacak şekilde bağlanmışlardır. Kopolimerde bulunan yan fonksiyonlara farklı polimerler takılarak aşı polimer sentezi gerçekleştirildi. Bunun için rastgele blok kopolimere sırasıyla DA, NRC ve aynı anda azidleme ve click reaksiyonları uygulanarak aşı polimerlerinin sentezi gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlgili ara ürünler ve sonuç ürünleri 1H NMR, UV, GPC ve DSC ölçümleri ile karakterize edilmiştir.
In this study, novel approaches for the synthesis of various graft polymers have been developed using efficient organic reactions such as Diels-Alder (DA) and copper catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC), atom transfer radical coupling reaction (ATNRC), ring opening metathesis reaction (ROMP) reactions classified under the term “click chemistry”. Precursor polymers for the synthesis of heterograft polymers were synthesized by using one of controlled/living radical polymerization (C/LRP) methods, atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), ring opening polymerization (ROP) esterification reactions. Firstly, monomers which have differerent functionality ,were connected each other to formed copolymer via ring opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) reaction. Heterograft copolymers synthesis were accomplished by attaching different polymer that have side functionality. Graft copolymer was synthesized by applying respectively DA, NRC, azidation and click reactions at the same time. Related intermediates and products were characterized by using 1H NMR, UV, GPC and DSC spectral measurements.
