İstanbul’daki Lüks Konutların İncelenmesi Ve Farklı Tiplerinin Karşılaştırılması Farklı Tiplerinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İstanbul özelinde lüks konutlar analiz edilmiş; farklı konut tipleri, konutun maliyeti, kullanılan malzemenin niteliği, konutların metrekare cinsinden büyüklükleri, kullanıcıya sağladığı konfor, güvenlik faktörü, konutun doğal ve sosyal çevresi, peyzaj tasarımı, sağlamlığı ve zemin durumu gibi değişkenler de ele alınarak söz konusu konutlar irdelenmiştir. İstanbul’un mevcut konut ihtiyacına değinilmiş ve İstanbul’da yapılmakta olan bazı konutlar seçilerek detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Ekonomik veriler ışığında lüks konutların yakın gelecekte alacağı muhtemel şekil üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışma esnasında gözlemlenen gerçekler, elde edilen veriler tasnif edilmiş bunlardan çeşitli sonuçlar türetilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çıkan sonuçlar neticesinde bir değerlendirme yapılarak lüks konutların tasarım kriterlerine dair çeşitli saptamalarda bulunulmuştur.

In this study, luxury houses are analyzed specifically for Istanbul; the houses mentioned are examined by considering those variables such as different house types, cost of the house, quality of the material used, sizes of the houses in square meter, comfort that it provides the inhabitant, security factor, natural and social environment of the house, landscape design, and its durability and ground conditions. Current housing need in Istanbul is mentioned and some houses that are being constructed in Istanbul are selected and these houses are examined in detail. Potential form that the luxury houses take in the near future is elaborated in the light of economic data. Realities observed during the study and the data obtained are classified, some conclusions are tried to be derived from these. An assessment is made in consequence of the conclusions arouse and some recommendations are made in relation to design criteria for luxury houses.
