Yapı Üretim Sürecinde Yapım Aşamasında Kaliteyi Etkileyen Faktörler Ve İşgücünün Önemi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yapı üretim sürecinde yapım aşamasında kaliteyi etkileyen faktörlerin ve bu faktörlerden biri olan işgücünün diğer faktörler üzerinde ve tüm yapı üretim sürecindeki öneminin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Öncelikle kalite, üretkenlik, standardizasyon kavramları ve kalite ile ilgili olan kalite kontrol, toplam kalite kontrol ve kalite güvencesi kavramları açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra yapı, yapı üretim süreci, yapı üretim sektörü, yapı üretim sürecinin aşamaları hakkında genel bilgiler verilip; kalite, kalite kontrol, kalite güvencesi, üretkenlik ve standardizasyonun yapı üretiminde uygulamaları açıklanmıştır. Yapım aşaması ve yapım aşamasını kalitesini etkileyen faktörler genel olarak incelendikten sonra bu faktörlerin herbiri detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu faktörler; tasarım aşamasının kalitesi, organizasyon (şantiyenin kuruluşu, şantiye yönetimi, alt yüklenici seçimi, haberleşme), süre, maliyet, malzeme, makine – ekipman ve işgücüdür. Bu faktörlerin yapım aşaması için önemi ve yapım aşaması boyunca kaliteyi elde etmek için kontrollerinin nasıl sağlanacağı belirtilmiştir. Bu faktörlerden işgücü diğer faktörler üzerinde ve yapım aşamasında yürütülen faaliyetler üzerinde etkisinin büyük olmasına rağmen çevresel koşullardan kolay etkilenmesi ve üretkenliğinin ölçülmesi zor olduğundan daha detaylı incelenmiştir. Bu incelemede işgücünün yapı üretim aşamasında üretkenliğinin artırılması işin önemli etkenler olan eğitim, işgücü sağlığı ve iş güvenliği ve motivasyonun önemi belirtilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; eğitilen, işgücü sağlığı ve işgüvenliği sağlanan, motive edilen işgücünün daha da üretken olacağı ve diğer faktörleri de olumlu etkileyerek tüm yapım aşamasının kalitesini artıracağı saptanmıştır.

The aim of this study is to determine the facts that effect he quality in the construction stage within the building production process and the importance of manpower on the other facts and the whole construction stage. For this reason, first of all quality, production, productivity, standardization concepts and other concepts which are related to quality such as quality control, total quality control and quality assurance are explained. Then the building, building production process, the stages of the building production process and the implementations of quality, quality control, quality assurance, standardization and productivity concepts on building production are explained. After examining the facts that effect quality in the construction stage in general, each of these facts are examined in detail. These facts are; quality of the design stage, organization ( site mobilization, site management, communication), time, cost, material, machine and equipment, and manpower. The importance of these facts in the construction stage and how to control these facts to achieve quality throughout the construction stage are explained. Manpower has an important effect on the other facts and the activities of the construction stage but despite of this, manpower can be easily influenced from environmental conditions and also productivity of manpower is difficult to measure. So it has to be examined in detail. In this examination, facts such as training, health and safety of manpower has been pointed out to be important to the effect manpower has n the productivity in the production stage. Yielding to a result that training, health and safety increase the productivity of manpower and improves the other facts in order to raise the quality of the construction stage.
