Özet
Bu çalışmada, bir firmanın lojistik yönetiminin nasıl olması gerektiği Analitik Şebeke Yöntemi kullanılarak saptanmıştır. Uygulama yapılan firma, Türkiye’de elektrikli küçük ev aletleri sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmadır. Çalışmada incelenen lojistik yönetimi seçenekleri; üçüncü parti lojistik şirketi ile yönetmek, şirket bünyesinde yönetmek ve ortaklık kurarak yönetmektir. Lojistik yönetiminin seçimi yapılırken çok ölçütlü karar verme mekanizması olan ve firmalara stratejik konularda çözümler öneren Analitik Şebeke Yöntemi (AŞY) incelenmiştir. Analitik Şebeke Yöntemi, nicel verilerin yanı sıra nitel verileri de inceleyerek karar verebilmeyi sağlayan ve kriterler arası iç etkileşimi göz önünde bulunduran bir karar verme yöntemidir. Firma çalışanları ve sektör yöneticilerine yapılan anket ile elde edilen ikili karşılaştırmalar ve modelin çözümlenmesi sonucu; firma için en uygun lojistik yönetimi seçeneğinin, üçüncü parti lojistik şirketi ile yürütmesi olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışma ile birlikte, lojistik yönetimi seçenekleri ve göz önüne alınması gereken kriterler belirlenmiş ve AŞY’nin karar verme süreçlerinde gerçekçi bir yaklaşım sağladığı gösterilmiştir.
In this study, the best alternative for logistics management was determined for a firm by using Analytic Network Process (ANP). This firm is active in the sector of small electric household appliances in Turkey. The alternatives for logistics management mentioned in the study are logistics management with a third party logistics firm, logistics management by itself and logistics management with a partner. While selecting the logistics management, Analytic Network Process, a multi-criteria decision making tool, which suggests solution in strategic decisions was examined. ANP investigates quantitative as well as qualitative data and considers interdependencies between criteria. To solve the ANP model, a survey was conducted with the personnel of the firm and managers in logistics sector. Pair-wise comparisons were obtained from the survey. According to the solution of the ANP model, logistics management with a third part logistics firm was found as the best alternative. In the study, the criteria for the selection of the logistics management and the alternatives for logistics management were described, and it was also indicated that ANP provides an accurate approach in decision making.
