Simge Yapıların Tasarımcı – Kullanıcı Bağlamında İmgesel Analizi

Abstract

Mimarlığın, anlam aktaran ve iletişim sağlayan özelliği ile biçim – anlam ilişkisinde simge yapılarda tasarımcı ve kullanıcı bakımından imge analizinin irdelenmesi öngörülmüştür. Simge yapıların ele alınmasının sebebi insanlarca bilinirliğinin, anlamsal ve temsili değerlerinin yüksek olmasıdır. Dolayısıyla biçim ve form ilişkisinde incelenen simge yapılarda, tasarımcının tasarım süreçlerinde imge üretimi ile insanların simge yapılar üzerinden imge çıkarımları çift yönlü olarak ele alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda, mimarın tasarım süreçlerinde kullandıkları imgelerin insanlarca algılanabilirliği sorgulanmıştır. Ayrıca simge yapılarda bulunan imgelerin, farklı imge çıkarımlarına imkan sağlayabilirliği değerlendirilmiştir. Diğer yandan simge yapıların bilinir, simgesel ve imgelenebilir özelliği ile bilinirliği fazla olan simge yapılar anlamca zengindir hipotezinin irdelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.In this thesis the property of emboding and transfering ideas through image and meaning of archicture in landmark buildings are investigated by the viewpoints of users and designers. The reason of choosing landmark buildings is their wide awereness and high value of their semantic and reprentation. Therefore, during the investigation of landmark buildings through their relation of image and form is considered both by the process of the designers creation of an image and the perception of an image by the people. On this regard the perceptibility of the image that is tried to be conveyed by the designer is examined. Also the images used during the design of symbolic landmarks being perceived in other ways and stimulating unintended images to other people is studied. On the other hand hypothesis of symbolic, well known and image-conveying attributes of landmark buildings are rich in meaning is examined.
