Tekstil Sektöründe Erp Sistemi Seçimine Uzman Sistem Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada tekstil sektöründe ERP sistemi seçimi için bir metodoloji belirlenmiş ve bir uygulama çalışması yapılmıştır. Günümüz iş yaşamındaki rekabet ve hız ortamında ayakta kalma savaşı veren işletmelerin vazgeçilmez bir parçası olan ileri bilgi teknolojilerinden en önemlilerinden biri kurumsal kaynak planlaması sistemleridir. ERP, bir organizasyonun her fonksiyonel alanını kapsayarak bu alanların en fazla rekabet avantajı elde etmesine imkan veren, tümüyle entegre edilmiş bilgisayar destekli bir iş yönetim sistemidir. Çalışmada öncelikle ERP sistemleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiş, gelişme süreci ve genel özellikleri incelenmiştir.Geliştirilen metodun temelini teşkil eden uzman sistemler ve Bulanık AHP yöntemleri açıklanmıştır. Uzman sistem yaklaşımında kullanılan kurallar,sorular ve bulanık AHP yönteminde kullanılan kriterler belirlenmiş ve metodoloji bir firmaya uygulanmıştır. Uzman sistem sorularıyla firmanın uygun olmayan ERP sistemlerini elemesi sağlanmıştır. Bulanık AHP yöntemi kullanılarak, kriter ağırlıkları ve ERP sistemlerinin kriterler bazındaki ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. ERP sistemlerinin kriter bazında çıkan ağırlıkları, kriter ağırlıklarıyla çarpılıp toplam sonuç bulunmuş ve en büyük değere sahip ERP sistemi en uygun seçim olarak bulunmuştur.

In this study, a methodology is determined for selecting an ERP system in textile industry and the methodology is applied to a firm. One of the most important advanced information technologies which are the constant part of companies that struggle to stand up in the surroundings of rivalry and speed in today’s working life is Enterprise Reosurce Planning systems. ERP is a total integrated, computirezed business management system that covers every functional area of the organization enabling it to derive the most competitive advantage. At first, the definition of ERP systems is done and the development phase and the attributes of the system are described. Expert systems and fuzzy AHP method which are the base of the developed method are described. The questions and the rules which are used for the expert system approach and the criterias which are used in the fuzzy AHP method are identified and the methodology has been applied to a firm. By using the expert system, the ERP systems which don’t fit to the company have been eliminated. By using fuzzy AHP method, the weights of the criterias are determined. The criteria based weights of ERP systems are multiplied by criteria weight and the result is found. The ERP system which has the highest value is determined as the best solution.
