Gündelik Hayatın Mekânla Ve Mekânda Evriminin, Kentlerin Değişim Süreçlerini Yapılandırması: Levent - Çeliktepe Örneği

Abstract

Kentin toplumsal yapısı içersinde, kendini ve çevresini tanımlayan insan, bir yandan içinde bulunduğu sosyal etkileşimler çerçevesinde mekânlar yaratırken, bir yandan da fiziksel, kültürel ve psikolojik olarak “inşa” ettiği mekânlardan ve dönüşen mekânsal pratiklerden etkilenerek, yeni toplumsal pratikler üretmektedir. Merkezinde değişimin yer aldığı gündelik ve mekânsal pratiklerin etkileşimli dönüşümü çerçevesinde, üretilen tüm kültür ifadelerinin mekânsal ve zamansal sahnesi olan gündelik hayat, süreklilik ve dönüşüm içerisindeki mekân ve mekânsal pratikler bağlamında gerçekleşen evrim sonucunda, kent değişimi süreci oluşturan etkenlerin ilişkiler ve etkileşimler dizgesini oluşturmaktadır. Yeniden yapılanma süreçleri içerisinde değişmekte ve dönüşmekte olan gündelik hayatın, yeni kentsel mekân ve mekânsal pratikler oluşturmasından hareketle tez problemi oluşturulmuş, değişim süreçlerini açıklamada, kent, konut çevresi ve konut mekânı ilişkisel bir bütün olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Tez kapsamında, kent değişimi ve süreçsel olarak yapılanma durumu, gündelik hayatın mekânla ve mekânda evriminin yapılandırıcı etkisi üzerinden anlaşılması sağlanırken, kavramsal çerçeve uyarınca, hem yapılanmanın temellerini oluşturan aktör, araç ve sahneleri, hem de değişimin yapısal ilkelerinin anlaşılması için, gündelik hayatın evrimi ile kentin mekânsal ve sosyal örgütlenmesinin farklı yönleriyle öne çıktığı bir kent kesiti incelemektedir. Levent, Çeliktepe ve çevre bölgesinde gerçekleştirilen uygulama çalışmasında, kentin bir söylem ve dil oluşturmasına dayanan semiyotik bir yöntem ile diyalektik ve yorumsamacı bir yaklaşımla, art ve eş süremli kent kesiti okumaları eşliğinde söylemsel analizler gerçekleştirilmektedir. Değerlendirilen bulgular yardımıyla, kent değişiminin süreçsel yapılanmasına ilişkin oluşturulan kavramsal çerçeve ile gündelik hayatın mekân ve mekânda evriminin yapılandırdığı kent değişim sürecine ilişkin yapılan uygulama çalışması arasında bir ilişki modeli yaratılmaktadır.

Everyday life which is spatial and temporal stage of whole cultural expressions of cultured within the frame of interactive transformation of everydayness and spatial practices, which include shifts in its center, composes sequence of interactions and relationships of factors which composes the changing processes of the city in consequence of evolution, realized within the context of continuousness and transformation and spatial applications. The argument of the thesis has been designed based on everyday life which is changing within the processes of re-structuring, and built up new urban spaces and spatial practices; thus within the context of space and spatial practices, the city, the home and its environment have been evaluated as a relational structure appreciating the reciprocity of the phenomena of the city and the home of their effects and treatments. The conceptual framework is being investigated within a cross-section of the city, which comes into prominence for its diverse aspects of spatial and social organization by the agency of the evolution of everyday life, because of the clarification in the frame of efficient systems set the principles and origins of change, with the actors, instruments and scenes and structural principals compose the basis of the structuration. The discursive analysis has been carried out accompanied with diachronic and synchronic city cross-section readings, with a semiotic method that is based on constitution of the discourse and language of the city, and with a dialectic and hermeneutic approach related within a case study carried out in Levent, Çeliktepe and its immediate surroundings.
