Süreç Performans Parametrelerinin Oluşturulması Ve İzlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada süreçlerin yönetimi ve geliştirilmesi için önemli bir unsur olan performans parametrelerinin oluşturulması ve izlenmesi ele alınmıştır. Süreç yönetimi ve geliştirmedeki birinci aşama süreç çıktılarının izlenebilirliğinin sağlanmasıdır. Bu izlenebilirliğin sağlanması için öncelikle süreç yapısı incelenmiş ve süreci etkileyen kritik faaliyetler tespit edilmiştir. Daha sonra bu faaliyetlerin çıktıları dikkate alınarak hedefler belirlenmiş ve çıktılar izlenmeye başlanmıştır. İzleme sonuçlarına göre gerekli aksiyonlar belirlenmiş ve uygulama önerileri ortaya konmuştur. Parametrelerin izlenmesinin yöneticiler açısından daha özet, anlaşılabilir ve görsel olması için de “Üretim Planlama Kokpiti” adını verdiğimiz izleme ekranı tasarlanmıştır. Bu tip bir ekran satınalma, satış ve finans süreçleri gibi süreçlerde de oluşturulabilir. Ayrıca her bir sürecin en önemli parametreleri özet seviyede birleştirilerek tepe yönetimin izlemesine sunulabilir.

In this study we studied on developing and tracking process parameters which is an important factor in process management and improvement. First stage in process management and improvement, is providing traceability to the outputs of performance parameters. To provide this traceability, first we analyzed structure of the process and determined critical activities that affecting process. After, by considering the outputs of these critical activities we set performance goals and started to monitoring the output values. We determined needed actions and made some suggestions about improvement activities. For providing these activities’ traceability by managers in a more brief, comprehensible and visual way, “The Production Planning Cockpit” designed. This kind of a screen can also be used for monitoring purchasing, sales and finance processes. Besides by connecting every processes important parameters in a one screen briefly, it should be presented to top managements usage.
