Organizasyonel değişim ve değişim sürecinde karşılaşılan sorunlar

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, organizasyonel değişim süreci ve bu sürece karşı çalışanların gösterdikleri direnç kavramı ele alınmıştır. Çalışanların organizasyonel değişim hakkındaki görüş ve eğilimlerini belirlemek, çalışanların değişime karşı gösterdikleri tepkileri ve çalışma ortamına ilişkin algılamalarını ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılan anket çalışmasını içermektedir. İstanbul Sanayi Odası’nın yayınladığı 2002 yılı verilerine göre ilk beş yüz firma içerisinden yüz firmalık bir örneklem seçilmiş ve bu firmalara gönderilen anketlerden elde edilen frekans sonuçları literatürdeki çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmıştır.

In this study the organizational change and the resistance of the workers to the change had been analysed. The thesis study is including a survey to determine the opinions and the tendencies of the workers about organizational change, to expose the reactions against change and the perception of the workers about the work environment. For the survey a sample of 100 firms had been chosen from the data of the first five hundred firms that had been announced by İSO in 2002. Results with the frequency of the questionnaire had been compared with the examples in the literature.
