Süreç Performansı Ölçümleme Sistemi

Abstract

Süreç, çeşitli girdilerden değer katarak bir çıktı üreten adımlar silsilesi olarak tanımlanabilir. Süreçlerin başarılı bir şekilde yönetilebilmesi ve iyileştirilebilmesi için kuruluş içinde tüm süreçlerin tanımlı olması gerekir. Bunun anlamı: Sürecin, sahibi belirli, akış diyagramı mevcut, sınırları belirli, diğer süreçlerle ilişkileri tanımlı, ölçüt seti oluşturulmuş, ölçme sistemi tanımlanmış olmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, faaliyetlerini süreç mantığı içerisinde yöneten şirketlerin, süreç yönetimi çalışmalarında elde edilen performansı nasıl ölçebilecekleri, süreçteki problemli adımları nasıl tespit edebileceklerini göstermek amacıyla bir sistem oluşturulmuştur. Süreç performansındaki gelişmeleri gözlemek için kullanılan bir yöntem "Performans Matrisleri" dir. Sistem performans ölçütlerini izlemek ve süreç kontrol dışına çıkmadan gerekli düzeltici işlemleri başlatmak için kullanılmaktadır ve süreç sahiplerinin sorumluluğundadır.

Process can be defined as action steps, that produce output by adding value to some kind of inputs. In order to manage and develop the processes successfully, all the pcocesses in the company must be defined This means: The responsible (owner) of process, Process flow charts, borders of the process, the relations with other processes, the criterian for the process performance amd measurement system must be defined. In this study, a model for measuring process performance in process management studies formed for the companies that manage their functions in process logic. “Performance Matrixes” is a method used for following the changes in process performance. This system is used for following performance criteria and initializing the correcting activities before the process goes out of control. The processes are under responsibility of owners.
