Özet
Mono ve çoklu sübstitüye tiyofen bileşikleri iletken özelliklerinden dolayı yüksek teknoloji polimerlerinin sentezinde, monomer olarak kullanılırlar. Bu bileşiklerin sentezi polimer ve kimya literatüründe önemli yer tutmaktadır. Dolayısı ile kolay ve yüksek verimle sentezlenmesi gerekmektedir. Stille Coupling ve Suzuki coupling metodu ile 3,4-disübstitüye tiyofenlerin sentezi bu çalışmada gerçekleştirilecektir. Bu çalışmada organo kalay bileşikleri sentezlenecek ve uygun fenol türevleri ile palladyum katalizörleri eşliğinde C-C kenetlenmesi gerçekleştirilecektir.
According to conducting properties, mono and multi substituted thiophenic compounds are used in higher technologic polymer synthesis as monomers. The synthesis of 3,4-disubstituted thiophene derivatives are very important at chemistry and polymer literature. In this study , we are going to use Stille Coupling and Suzuki Coupling methods to produce 3,4-disubstituted thiophene derivatives easily in good yield. Therefore we are going to synthesize organo stannyl compounds which will be used as reactants at Stille coupling reaction together with suitable phenolic compounds in palladium catalized system.
