Akseki Cemerler Köyü Ahmet Yılmaz Evi Restorasyon Projesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada kültür varlığı yapıların ancak belgelenerek ve projelendirilerek gerçek anlamda korunabileceği göz önünde bulundurulmuş ve tez kapsamında incelenen Ahmet Yılmaz Evi bu doğrultuda ayrıntılı bir şekilde belgelenmiştir. Yapının inşa edildiği dönemden günümüze kadar olan süreçte geçirdiği değişimler tespit edilmiştir. Yapıda çeşitli nedenlerden dolayı ortaya çıkan bozulmalar analiz edilmiş ve bozulmalara karşı müdahale önerileri sunulmuştur. Restorasyon projesi kapsamında Ahmet Yılmaz Evi’nin özgün işlevini sürdürmesi uygun bulunmuş, en az müdahale ile çağdaş kullanıcı ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermesi sağlanmıştır. Yapı hazırlanan projeye uygun olarak restore edildiği takdirde, özelde Cemerler Köyü, daha geniş anlamda ise Akseki için önemli bir örnek, aynı zamanda bölgedeki koruma bilincinin gelişmesi için de öğretici bir uygulama olacaktır.

Cultural property buildings can only be protected with documented and projected. Ahmet Yılmaz House was also documented and detailed the same line in this thesis. Modifications in the building have been identified from the built period to the present time. Deterioration caused by various reasons was analysed and interventions against deteriorations have been proposed. In the restoration project of Ahmet Yılmaz House has been found appropriate to maintain its original funtion. Less intervention is provided to needs of contemporary users.If Ahmet Yılmaz House prepared in accordance with the project, it is an important example for particularly Cemerler Village and in a broad sense to Akseki Town. Concurently with this study will be instructive for the development of awareness of conservation in the region.
