Özet
Legal and administrative processes which constitute juridical pad of real estate development have strategic importance due to effects on area of construction, project and sales process, project profitability subjects. Legal process management has not only juridical and economic, but also social influences on parcel and region scale real estate development projects. Objectives of legal process management are to build construction proper to engineering, skill, health and regulation conditions, to complete and deliver reliable structures to owners and users. Considering the shareholders in real estate development, mutual benefit in implementation of legal process management is public interest. Improvement of real estate development processes could be achieved by practices which meet shareholders' common expectations and establish balance between regulator, developer and customer regarding public interest.  Purpose of the study is, to emphasize legal process management in accordance with current legislation in Turkey and internationally recognized real estate development models and principles. Legal process management stages are analysed with examples of implemented project in Ýstanbul  In the first chapter, the purpose of the study and methods used for the study are mentioned. In the second chapter, real estate development notion, definition, process, players, status of legal process management in development process, real estate development industry worldwide and all across Turkey in recent years are studied.  In the third chapter, conceptual framework for legal process management and significance, current practices in the USA, phases of legal process management and sub-processes are examined.   In the fourth chapter, legal process management is analyzed in pre-construction, construction and after construction stages through developed project in Istanbul.  Conclusion and evaluations are in the last chapter.
