Özet
Periferal pozisyonlarında dört tane amid grupları içeren tetra sübstitüye ftalosiyanin türevleri elde edilmiştir. Başlangıç maddesi olarak seçilen 4-(4 -karboksibifeniloksi)ftalonitril bileşiği K2CO3 varlığında DMF içerisinde 4 -hidroksi-bifeniloksikarboksilik asit ve 4-nitroftalonitril bileşiklerinden elde edilmiştir. 4-(4 -karboksibifeniloksi)ftalonitril bileşiği piridin varlığında SOCl2 ile reaksiyona sokulmuştur. Kloro gruplarının oktil amin ile yer değiştirmesiyle istenilen ftalonitril türevi olan 4-(4 -oktilaminkarbonilbifeniloksi) ftalonitril bileşiği elde edilmiştir. Metaloftalosiyaninler dinitril türevlerinden ve metal tuzlarından (Co ve Zn) hazırlanmıştır. Ftalosiyaninlerin ayrılması kolon kromotografisi ile sağlanmıştır.
We report the synthesis and characterization of novel soluble tetrasubstituted metallo phthalocyanines having four amid groups in peripheral positions. 4-(4 -carboxybiphenyloxy)phthalonitrile which was chosen as starting material, prepared from 4 -hydroxy-biphenylcarboxylic acid and 4-nitrophthalonitrilein the presence of K2CO3 in DMF. 4-(4 -carboxybiphenyloxy)phthalonitrile was reacted with SOCl2 in the presence of pyridine. Displacement of the chloro group with octylamine gave desired phthalonitrile derivatives which was 4-(4 -octylamincarboxybipenyloxy)phthalonitrile. Metallo phthalocyanines were prepared from the dinitrile derivative and metal salts (Co and Zn). Seperartion of phthalocyanines was achieved by column chromatography.
