Özet
Betonarme yapılarda korozyon problemi, inşaat sektöründe herzaman için önemini koruyan ve sıkça karşılaşılacak yapı problemlerinden biridir. Yapılarda korozyonun ne denli önemli olduğunu yakın zamanda 17 Ağustos 1999 Marmara Depreminde ve ardından 12 Kasım 1999 Düzce Depreminde acı bir şekilde gözler önüne serilmiştir. Bu çalışmada; bu denli önemli ve aynı zamanda da ihmal edilebilen, tedbir alınmadıkça yapılarda deprem veya benzer şok etkileri esnasında yıkıma kadar yolaçabilen korozyon problemi irdelenmiştir. Betonarme yapılarda korozyon problemi; beton korozyonu ve donatı korozyonu olarak iki aşamada ele alınmış, ve birbirlerinin etkileşimleri incelenmiştir. Beton korozyonu ve donatı korozyonunun herbiri, mekanizmaları ve çeşitleri ile birlikte ele alınmışlardır. Korozyona karşı yapıları korumada, öncelikle agrega, paspayı betonu, su/çimento oranı, donatılar ve puzolanlar gibi beton bileşimine ait özellikler incelenmiştir. Ayrıca korozyon hasarına uğramış yapılarda, onarım metodları detaylıca incelenmiştir. İnhibitörler ve kaplamalar, korozyona karşı önlemler arasında gösterilmiş ve anlatılmıştır. Elektrokimyasal Koruma Sistemleri de farklı teknikler ve amaçlar dahilinde açıklanmıştır.Sonuç bölümünde de; korozyon hasarına uğramış yapılarda en uygun onarım metodunu bulmak için bir şablon hazırlanmıştır.
The corrosion problem in reinforced concrete structures is one of the most important construction problems for everytime and can be met very often. With the eartquakes in 17th August 1999 in Marmara and then in 12nd November in Düzce, the huge importance of the the corrosion of the buildings had been seen with sorrow. In this work, the corrosion problem that has such importance, that can be neglected in the same time and also unless precautions are taken, it can let the building collapse, is studied. The corrosion problen in reinforced concrete structures had been researched in two stages as concrete corrosion and reinforcement corrosion and the interactions to each other has been explained. The mechanism and the kinds of concrete corrosion and reinforcement corrosion had been investigated. For the protection of the structures against the corrosion, firstly the properties of the concrete compouds like agregates, concrete cover, water/cement ratio , reinforcements and puzolans had been explained. In addition, the repair methods for the damaged d-structures related to corrosion, had been examined in details. The inhibitors and coatings were shown as the protection ways in order to protect the concrete against the corrosion. Electrochemical protection systems had been explained with different technics and purposes. In the conclusion section; a question-answer method had been prepared to find the best repair method for the buildings exposed to corrosion problem and damages.
