Özet
Bu çalışmada, Diels-Alder, nitroksit ortamda radikal çiftlenme ve azid-alkin klik reaksiyonlarının üçlü kombinasyonuyla H-şekilli terpolimerler elde edilmiştir. Brom, antrasen ve alkin fonksiyonel uçlarına sahip çok fonksiyonlu organik bileşik, H-şekilli terpolimerlerin oluşturulmasında çekirdek görevi görmüştür.İlk olarak, maleimid uçlu poli(etilen glikol) (PEG-MI), bu çekirdek yapıya Diels-Alder kilik reaksiyonu yardımıyla tutturuldu.Ardından, iki ucu fonksiyonlu polistiren, N3-PS-N3 ve TEMPO uçlu poli (ԑ-kaprolakton) (TEMPO-PCL) azid-alkin klik ve nitroksit ortamlı radikal çiftlenme reaksiyonu ile çekirdek yapıya tutturularak, tek seferde H-şekilli terpolimer (PEG)(PCL)-PS-(PEG)(PCL) elde edilmiştir. Buna ek olarak, iki ucu fonksiyonlu polistiren, TEMPO uçlu poli(etilen glikol) bu kez, poli(metilmetakrilat), PMMA, ile fonksiyonlandırılmış çekirdeğe, azid-alkin klik ve NRC reaksiyonu ile tek seferde diğer bir H-şekilli terpolimer (PEG)(PMMA)-PS-(PEG)(PMMA) elde edilmiştir. Oluşan tüm ara ürünler ile H-şekilli terpolimerlerin 1H NMR ve GPC yardımıyla karakterizasyonları yapılmıştır.
In this study an H-shaped terpolymer were synthesized via a combination of triple click reactions, azide-alkyne, Diels-Alder and Nitroxide Radical Coupling (NRC). A multifunctional organic compound containing bromide, anthracene and alkyne functionalities was used as the core for the H-shaped terpolymer. As a first step, maleimide-terminated poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG-MI), was linked to the core via Diels-Alder click reaction. Subsequently, the difunctional polystyrene, N3-PS-N3, and (TEMPO)-terminated poly(e-caprolactone) (PCL-TEMPO), were clicked to the PEG-modified core via azide-alkyne click and NRC reaction in a one-pot fashion to yield H-shaped terpolymer (PEG)(PCL)-PS-(PEG)(PCL). In addition to this, difunctional polystyrene, N3-PS-N3, and (TEMPO)-terminated PEG (TEMPO-PEG), were clicked to the PMMA-modified core via azide-alkyne click and NRC reaction in a one-pot fashion to yield another H-shaped terpolymer (PEG)(PMMA)-PS-(PEG)(PMMA). The precursors and the H-shaped terpolymers were characterized by 1H-NMR and GPC.
