Örme konfeksiyon işletmesinde kumaş hatalarının üretim maliyetine etkileri

Abstract

Günümüz tekstil piyasası koşullarında firmaların ayakta kalabilmeleri gelişen rekabet ortamında gün geçtikçe daha da zor olmaktadır. Özellikle Örme-Konfeksiyon işletmelerinin üretimlerim belli kalite standartları dahilinde yapmaları ve üretim safhalarında kontrolleri çok iyi yapmaları gerekmektedir. Bununla birlikte sürekli mevcut sistemin eksikliklerim tespit ederek, bu eksikleri kapatacak yeni çözümler geliştirmelidirler. Bunun yanı sıra üretim maliyet analizinin çok iyi yapılarak, üretim safhalarında kar marjım azaltıcı yönde etkileyen problemlerin de çözülerek, kritik noktalarda hedeflenen üretim fire oranlarının yakalanmasına çalışılmalıdır. Yapılan bu tez çalışması çerçevesinde bir örme-konfeksiyon firmasında mevcut sistem dahilinde üretim ile ilgili sorunlar incelenerek, mevcut kumaş hatalarının kumaş firelerine etkisi 6 farklı kumaş yapısına ait 78 sipariş dosyası incelenerek kumaş hataları sonucu oluşan kumaş firelerinin firma kâr marjına etkileri incelenmiştir.

According to the conditions of the Textile Market in our day, it gets more difficult dday by day to stand in the market as an active textile factory. Especially for the Ready-made Garment factories, it is necessary to make the production on line of the quality standarts andto control all the production steps very well. However, it is needed to analyze the problems in the existing system and to find new solutions for these problems. The best organisation line has to be improved for a better quality. Besides, it is very important to make the analyze of the production cost per good and to catch the target wastage rates by solving the problems which effects the profit margin in the decreasing way. In this study, one of the Ready-Made garment factories in the textile market is examined and by searching the problems related to the production in the existing system. 78 orders related to 6 type of fabrics are taken into the consideration and the fabric faults are determined. According to the results of this search, the effects of the fabric faults on the profit margin are calculated.
