Fiber Optik Kablo Ağlarının Konuma Dayalı Hizmetlerle Takibi Ve Yönetimi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, fiber optik kablo ağlarını oluşturan pasif ve aktif ekipmanların konuma dayalı hizmetlerle takibi ve yönetilmesi sağlanmıştır. İş süreç akışı geliştirilerek, son kullanıcıya, elde edilen verilerden üretilen konuma dayalı bilgi mobil ortamda sunulmuştur. Fiber optik kablo ağlarının pasif ve aktif ekipmanlarının konuma dayalı verilerinin doğruluğunun ve güncelliğinin sağlanması amacıyla, sürekli gözlem yapan referans istasyon ağları (CORS) uyumlu global konum belirleme (GPS) alıcısı ile çekilen yazar tarafından algoritması geliştirilen değiştirilemez koordinatlı fotoğraflar elde edilmiştir. Koordinatlı fotoğrafların doğruluğu, yazar tarafından algoritması geliştirilen, fotoğrafların öznitelik bilgilerinin incelenebildiği ve koordinatlı fotoğrafların değiştirilmeye çalışıldığında uyarı verdiği “e-topviewer” programı ile sağlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, pasif ve aktif ekipman verilerinin kontrolleri aşamasında zaman, maaliyet ve kalite kazanımı gözlenmiş ve mobil ortamda son kullancılara konuma dayalı doğru bilginin ulaşması sağlanmıştır.

In this study, the tracking and management of the active and passive equipment that forms fiber optic have been established. By developing a process flow, it has been established to serve the produced data to the end user in a mobile enviroment. In order to maintain the up to dateness and accuracy of the location based data of the active and passive equipment fiber optic cable network, coordinated photos are obtained through Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS), Global Positioning System (GPS) and the algorithms which is developed by the software developer. The accurracy of the coordinated photographs is established by the software developer’s “e-topviewer” programme, which gives warning when the user makes changes and enables the user to observe the property data of the photos. At the end of this study, it has been observed that in stage of collection of active and passive equipment data, the time and cost conservation and quality is very high and the end user can access the accurate data in a mobile enviroment.
