Avcı Mehmet Paşa Yalısı Restorasyon Projesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İstanbul’da Sarıyer ilçesine bağlı Saray Arkası Sokak’ta yer alan Avcı Mehmet Paşa Yalısı konu alınmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde çalışmanın amacı ve çeşitli aşamalarında kullanılan yöntemler anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde Avcı Mehmet Paşa Yalısı’nın bulunduğu Sarıyer ilçesinin konumu ve yüzyıllar içerisinde bölgenin tarihsel, sosyal ve ekonomik gelişimi ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde yapının genel bir tanımı yapıldıktan sonra tüm mekanları, cepheleri, yapı elemanları, mimari öğeleri ve yapıdaki bozulmalar detaylı bir şekilde anlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümünde Boğaziçi’nde yalılarının mimarisi, tarihi ve yapıya çağdaş yalılar incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde restitüsyon çalışması konu alınmıştır. Restitüsyon çalışmasında ahşap yalılar incelenerek, restitüsyon sorunlarına cevap aranmıştır ve elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda plan, cephe ve vaziyet planı restitüsyon projeleri hazırlanmıştır. Restorasyon raporunu kapsayan altıncı bölümde yapının bugünkü işlevine yönelik sorunlar tespit edilerek gerekli müdahale ve onarımlar belirlenmiştir. Tüm bu kaynak araştırmaları, ölçümler ve çizimler sonucunda yapının rölöve, restitüsyon ve restorasyon projeleri hazırlanmıştır. Yedinci ve son bölümde çalışmanın sonucu değerlendirilmiştir.

In this thesis, Avcı Mehmet Paşa Yalısı located in Saray Arkası Road in Sarıyer district in İstanbul is studied. In the first section of the thesis, the purpose and the methods of the study have been described. In the second section, historical, economical and social development of Sarıyer in which Avcı Mehmet Paşa Shore is located, observed. In the third section the location and the history of Avcı Mehmet Paşa Shore analyzed. After making a general definition of the building, the whole locality, facades, structural element and decays of the building have been described. In the fourth section, the history and architecture of the Bosphorus shores and the shores which were built in the same period with Avcı Mehmet Paşa Shore in Sarıyer have been researched. Study on the restitution of the building was discussed in the fifth section. In the restitution study the timber shores have been examined and the answers were looked for restitution problems. According to this data, the plans, facades and cite plan projects were prepared. In the sixth section in which restoration project was handled, the problems about the usage of the building, necessary intervention and reparation were analyzed. As a result of all the research, measurements and drawings the surveys, restitution and restoration projects were prepared. In the final part of the study all the results were evaluated.
