Esnek Ve Adapte Olabilir Konutlar İçin Değerlendirme Rehberi

Abstract

Bu çalışma içerisinde, insanların temel ihtiyacı olan barınmanın mimarideki karşılığı olan konut olgusu esneklik ve adapte olabilme kavramları açısından ele alınmıştır. Esnek ve adapte olabilir konut tasarımlarında, farklı mimari süreçler içerisinde dikkat edilmesi gereken ana noktaları ortaya koyan ve tasarımcıya yardımcı olabilecek bir değerlendirme rehberi geliştirilmiş ve bu rehber temel esneklik yaklaşımları doğrultusunda örneklendirilmiştir. Tez kapsamı içerisinde, esnekliğin farklı mimari süreçlerde hem uzmanlar tarafından hem de fiziksel yapıyı değiştirmeden donatılar yardımıyla kullanıcılar tarafından sağlanabileceği kabul edilmiştir. Tez içerisinde, esneklik kavramı ve mimaride esneklik ihtiyacının temel nedenleri üzerinde durulduktan sonra; yapının sabit ve yapıya esneklik yeteneğini veren değişebilir bölümleri planlama,programlama, tasarım, yapım ve kullanım süreçlerinde incelenerek esnek konut kullanımına etki eden temel noktalar belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, çok amaçlı mekan kullanımı konusunda geleneksel Türk Evi ve oda kavramının günümüz çok amaçlı mekan kullanımına etkileri üzerinde durulmuştur. İncelenen deneysel örneklerde, ortaya konan hedefler doğru olmasına rağmen konunun teknik, ekonomik ve yönetimsel boyutlarından dolayı esneklik amaçlı konut tasarımının tam olarak yaygınlaşmadığı görülmüştür.

In this study, the form of shelter which is the main need of human beings in architecture, the hosing concept is examined in the wiev point of flexibility and adaptability. A guide which can help the designer and exposes the main principles has to be considered during different architectural periods is developed and this guide is sampled in main flexible design approaches. Within the scope of the thesis, it is accepted that flexibility can be exposed in different architectural periods both by experts and by users with the help of equipments without chancing the physical structure. Within the scope of the thesis, after the concept of flexibility and the main reasons of flexibility need in architecture is given; the main points that affect the flexible dwelling usage are determined by examining the fixed parts and changeable parts which gives the structure flexibility, in planning, programming, design, construction and usage periods. And additively, in the wiev point of multifunctional space usage, the effects of the room in traditional Turkish House to today’s multifunctional space usage is emphasized. In the examined samples, it can be seen that despite the objectives of flexibility approaches are right, the concept of flexible dwelling design could’nt find a practicing field as a result of technical, economical and governmental dimensions
