Yeni Bir Halkalı Ditiyoglioksim Ligandı Sentezi Ve Kompleksleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yeni bir ligand ve geçiş metalleriyle kompleksleri hazırlanmıştır.Bunun için malonikasit dietil esterinin dioksandaki çözeltisine potasyum hidroksit ve karbon sülfür ilavesiyle potasyum ditiolat ara ürünü hazırlanmıştır.Bu ara ürün sulu etanolde çözülerek antidiklor glioksimin etanoldeki çözltisiyle karıştırılmak suretiyle ditiyoglioksim ligandı elde edilmiştir.Ligandın Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), UO2(IV) gibi metallerle uygun sitokiyometrik katsayılarla kompleksleri elde edilmiştir.Elde edilen Co(II) kompleksinin kobaloksim benzeri reaksiyonları çalışılmıştır.Ligandın ve komplekslerinin alınan IR ve 1H-NMR sonuçları litaratürde verilen değerlerle uyuştuğu gözlenmiştirIn the present study a new vic-dioxime ligand and its metal complexes were prepared.In the first step of the synthesis, potassium dithiolat salt was prepared by adding potassium hydroxide and carbon di sulfide to malonic acid diethyl esther in dioxan.Then potassium salt was dissolved in water-ethanol mixture and was reacted with anti-dichloroglyoxime in ethanol and a new vicinal dithyoglyoxime ligand was synthesized. After synthesizing of ligand, metal complexes of ligand were prepared with Cu(II),Ni(II), Co(II), UO2(IV).Similar reactions to cobaloximes were studied with the Co(II) complex of ligand .IR and 1H-NMR results of ligand and metal complexes are similar to the values in the literature.
