Özet
Bu çalışmada, ilk olarak Stiren monomerinin ATRP kontrollü polimerizasyonu ile α-silil uç fonksiyonuna sahip alkin polistiren (α-silil-alkin-PS) elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen (α-silil-alkin-PS), arm-first tekniği ile multiarm star homopolimer eldesinde divinil benzene ile çapraz bağlanma reaksiyonunda makrobaşlatıcı olarak kullanılmıştır. Star polimer sentezinin ardından, elde edilen star polimerin hidrolizi ile alkin uç fonksiyonuna sahip polimer sentezlenmiştir. Daha sonra ATRP ile sentezlenen azid uç fonksiyonlu PtBA ve PEG makromonomerler ile alkin uç fonksiyonuna sahip star polimer, oda sıcaklığında, N,N-dimetil formamid (DMF) içersinde yüksek etkinlikli Cu(I) katalizli Azid-Alkin Click Reaksiyonu ile star blok veya hetero-blok kopolimerler oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen polimerlerin ve malzemelerin karakterizasyonunda Jel Geçirgenlik Kromatografisi (GPC), Nükleer Magnetik Rezonans Spektroskopisi (NMR), triple detection-GPC (TD-GPC), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) ve Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) ölçümleri yapılmıştır.
In this study, The synthesis of multiarm star block (and mixed-block) copolymers are efficiently prepared by using Cu(I) catalyzed azide-alkyne click reaction and arm-first approach. α-silyl protected alkyne polystyrene (α-silyl-alkyne-PS) was prepared by ATRP of styrene (St) and used as macroinitiator in a cross-linking reaction with divinyl benzene in order to successfully give multiarm star homopolymer with alkyne periphery. Linear azide end-functionalized poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG-N3) and poly(TERT-butyl acrylate) (PTBA-N3) were simply clicked with the multiarm star polymer in order to form star block or mixed-block copolymers in N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) at room temperature for 24 h. Obtained multiarm star block and mixed-block copolymers were identified by using 1H NMR, GPC, triple detection-GPC (TD-GPC), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) measurements.
