Tedârik Zincirinde Ve Lojistik Süreçlerde Depo Tasarımı Ve Depo Yönetimi: Kozmetik Sektöründe Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, depolama fonksiyonunun ve depo yönetiminin tedârik zincirindeki ve lojistik süreçler kapsamındaki önemine bağlı olarak, depo tasarımının gerekliliği vurgulanmış ve depo tasarımına ilişkin süreç adımları çıkartılmıştır. Tedârik zinciri ve tedârik zinciri yönetimi ile ilgili ana konu başlıklarına yer verilmiştir. Lojistik ve lojistik yönetimi başlığı altında; lojistik süreçler açıklanmış, bu süreçlerdeki temel etkinlikler ve mâliyetler ele alınmış ve lojistik süreçlerde dış kaynak kullanımından bahsedilmiştir. Depo ve depolama kavramlarının tanımlamaları yapılarak tedârik zincirinde ve lojistik süreçlerde deponun rolü anlatılmıştır. Çeşitli ölçütler bazında depolar sınıflandırılmış ve depolama fonksiyonunun hareket, stoklama ve bilgi transferi işlevlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Depo konusu süreçler, kaynaklar ve organizasyon olmak üzere üç farklı açıdan değerlendirilmiştir. Başarılı bir depo yönetimi için, depo yeri seçiminden ve depo tasarımından oluşan sürecin gerekliliği ifâde edilmiştir. Depo tasarımındaki amaçlar, stratejik, taktik ve operasyonel düzeylerdeki tasarım problemleri ve depo tasarım süreci başlıkları ile depo tasarımı konusu irdelenmiştir. Depo tasarım sürecine ilişkin yapılan literatür araştırması sonucunda sistematik bir akış modeli elde edilmiştir. Sunulan bu model kozmetik sektörüne uyarlanmış ve kozmetik sektörünün olası tasarım sorunlarına çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir.

In this study, taking into importance warehouse management and warehousing function in the concept of supply chain and logistics processes, the necessity of warehouse design is emphasized and the steps in the warehouse design process are described. The main titles about the supply chain and supply chain management are listed. The logistics processes are explained, the basic activities and costs in these processes are handled and outsourcing the logistics processes is mentioned under the logistics and logistics management headline. The scopes of warehouse and warehousing are described and the role of the warehouse in the logistic processes and supply chain is explained. Warehouses are classified in the basis of various criteria and movement, storage and transfer of information functions are mentioned. Warehouse subject is evaluated from the three different perspectives; processes, resources and organization. For a successful warehouse managament, the necessity of process consisting of warehouse location selection and warehouse design is expressed. The warehouse design subject is handled with titles that are the warehouse design objectives, the design problems at strategic, tactical and operational levels and the design process of warehouse. A systematic flow model is obtained as a result of the literature research related to warehouse design process. This presented model is customized to cosmetics sector and solutions for possible design problems of cosmetics sector are suggested.
