İnşaat Firmalarında Çalışan Personel İçin Performans Değerlendirme Sistemi

Abstract

Bu tezde, inşaat firmalarında performans yönetiminin önemini vurgulamak ve gelişimine katkıda bulunmak amacıyla, inşaat firmalarında çalışan personel için performans değerlendirme sistemi oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak, insan kaynakları yönetimi ve inşaat firmaları detaylı olarak incelenmiş, performans yönetimi ve performans değerlendirme kavramları tüm özellikleri ile tanıtılmıştır. İnşaat firmalarında uygulanması öngörülen değerlendirme sisteminin tasarlanması aşamasında inşaat firmalarında çalışan personele ilişkin bilgiler verilmiş ve seçilen değerlendirme yöntemi yardımıyla genel ilkeleri saptanmış olan performans değerlendirme sisteminin geliştirilmesi tamamlanmış ve uygulaması bir inşaat firması çalışanının dönemsel performansı değerlendirilmesi şeklinde örneklendirilmiştir.This thesis has the aim to establish a performance evaluation system for construction company personnel by underlining the importance of performance management in construction companies and contributing thereby to its improvement. In accordance with this aim, human resources management and construction companies have been thoroughly investigated and performance management concepts and conditions of performance evaluation have been described and explained with all their aspects. During the conception phase of the evaluation system to be used by construction companies, information about their personnel have been given, the development of a performance system whose general principles had been ascertainced with the help of the evaluation method, has been completed and the implementation thereof has been presented for a construction company employee’s periodic performance evaluation.
