Mimarlıkta Cephe-yüzey Dönüşümü : 1990’lar Sonrası Değişim Süreci

Abstract

Tezin amacı, 21. yüzyılda bina dış yüzeylerinde gözlemlenen dönüşüm ve değişimlerin nedenlerini araştırmaktır. 1990lardan günümüze gelene kadar geçen süre zarfında bina dış yüzeylerinde gözlemlenen değişimlerin araştırılması, seçilen örneklerin tasarım, yapım ve sosyal ölçütleriyle değerlendirmesi ile tezde ulaşılan sonuçların altyapısı oluşturulur. Bina dış yüzeyleri tasarım verileri olarak sosyal ve teknik yönleriyle ele alınmış, yapı malzemesi, yapım tekniği ve sistemi, ekolojik ve sürdürülebilir olma gibi verilerin yanında kullanıcı ve işveren talepleri, tasarımcının yenilik arayışları, binanın insan algısıyla en çok ilişki kuran parçası olmasıyla etkileşimli ve değişen bina parçası olması, binanın bulunduğu yer için kimlik tanımlaması gibi sosyal değerlerle bina dış yüzeyi örnekler üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Enformasyon teknolojisi ve bilgisayar destekli tasarım ile mimarlık alanında gelinen nokta, geçmiş ile günümüz bina dış yüzeylerini karşılaştırma ve farklılaşmayı sorgulamaya neden olmuştur. Binanın dış yüzeyleri ile ortam oluşturması, nesneleşmesi, deneysel olması yönünde sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of this thesis is seeking the reasons about the revolution and transformation of building’s external surfaces during 21st century. Basics of the results of the thesis is defined by the design, construction and social processes of the selected projects researching the revolution of the building’s external surfaces according to observations during the time period between 1990’s till today. Building’s external surfaces are argued out with their social and technical design values. Building material, construction system and method, ecologic and sustainable effects are discussed with the demands of users and employers with the research of new designs of designer. Being the most effective piece of the building between user and building by being open to human perception and identifying the character of the area where the building takes place are the social values of the building’s external surfaces which are pointed out through the examples. Information technology and computer aided design provides comparing the buildings external surfaces of the past with today and cause to inquiry the differentiation. Developing a media, being the object and creating experimental surfaces by the external surfaces of building are the results which are reached through the thesis.
