Otomatik Stoklama Sistemi İşletme Uygulaması - Sistem Tasarımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, müşteri odaklı çalışan bir işletmedeki esnek üretim sisteminin getirdiği stok yönetimi problemi ve verimsizliklerin azaltılması için bir otomatik stoklama ve geri alma sistemi projelendirilmiştir. Proje adımlarının tek tek anlatıldığı bu çalışmada problemin tanımına uygun veriler toplanması, sistemlerin tasarlanması ve devreye alınması amaçlanmış, bu aşamalardaki dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar belirtilmiştir. Sistemlerin üreticisi olarak değil, kullanıcısı olarak izlenecek proje adımları ile ilgili literatürler taranmış,mevcut problemlerin tanımlanması, veri toplama ve kavramsal tasarımlar yapılarak yeni kurulacak sistemin sınırları belirlenmiştir. Sistem kavramsal olarak sınırlandırıldıktan sonra, her ekipmanın kullanıcı açısından detaylı tasarımı ve hesapları incelenmiştir. Detaylı tasarımların gerçeğe dönüşmesi ile oluşan sistemin kurulumu ve devreye alınması için literatürde yer alan tolerans ve hesaplara dayanarak sistemler testlerden geçirilerek, işletmenin hizmetine sunulmuştur. Sistemin çalışmaya başlaması ile işletmedeki stok yönetimine bağlı verimsizliklerin gözle görülür oranda kaybolduğu ve bu düzelmenin tüm üretim akışını etkilediği görülmüştür.

The aim of this study is to prepare a project for automatic storage and retrieval for stock management and decreasing the lack of productivity which is one of the problems caused by the flexible production system in a facility working customer based. Data collection that is appropriate to the description of the problem, the design of the systems and starting up are aimed at and the cases to be cared about are determined in this study in which the steps of the project are described. The literature related to the project steps to be followed not as the producer of the system but the user of it was reviewed and The limitations of the system to be established are determined by defining the current problem, collecting the data and fulfilling the steps of conceptual designs after the literature review. The detailed design and calculations of each equipment from the point of the user are investigated after limiting the system conceptually. Systems are tested by means of calculations and tolerances in literature for the establisment of the system formed as a result of realization of the all detailed designs and start up; and are put into service. It is seen that the lack of productivity depends on the stock management in the facility has disappeared considerably and this improvement effected the whole flow of production
