Betonarme Karkas Sistemlerde Dış Duvarın Taşıyıcılık Performansının İrdelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu’nun verilerine göre ülkemizde en fazla uygulanan orta katlı betonarme karkas bina sisteminde uygulanan dış duvarların taşıyıcılık performansı, sistemi etkileyen etmenler ve bu etmenlere bağlı olarak dış duvarlar ve taşıyıcı sistemin davranışları bağlamında araştırılmıştır. Öncelikle dış duvarların taşıyıcılık performansını etkileyecek etmenler ve bu etmenlerden kaynaklanan davranışlar; bina çevresi, bina, eleman ile malzeme düzeylerinde oluşan hasarlar bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ana hedefi mimarlara dış duvar tasarımında taşıyıcılığa bağlı etmenlerin, etmenlere bağlı performans özelliklerinin standartlara dayandırılarak ortaya konması ile performans kriterlerinin belirlendiği sistematik bir bakış açısı kazandırmaktır. Çalışmada önerilen sistematik bakış açısı ile dış duvar sistemleri ile ilgili kontrol tabloları ve bir akış diyagramı hazırlanmıştır. Bu tabloların ve akış diyagramının, mimarlar için tasarım sürecinde dış duvarın taşıyıcılık performansının irdelemesini kolaylaştıracağı ve kontrol edilmesini sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

In this study, the factors affecting the structural performance of building and exterior wall systems and their performances under these factors are investigated. The content of the study is limited with reinforced concrete structural system which is a common structural system for mid-rise buildings in Turkey according to the Turkish Statistical Institute. Primarily, the factors affecting the structural performance of the exterior wall systems and the behaviors originated from these factors are examined in the context of the building failure originated from building environment, building system, building element and building material levels. The main purpose of the study is to provide a systematic approach for the architects by revealing the effects, the structural performance properties of the exterior wall systems and the performance criteria related with the standards and regulations. Consequently, a flow chart describing the process of the research as well as the control tables demonstrating the whole approach is presented. The proposed tables and flow charts aim to guide and assist the architects for assessing the structural performance of exterior wall systems during the architectural design process.
