Tersine Lojistik Kavramı Ve 3pl Şirketlerinde Tersine Lojistik Karar Verme Modeli

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, her işletmenin karşı karşıya kaldığı iade konusuna dolayısıyla tersine lojistik faaliyetlere değinilmiştir. Bu konuya geçmeden önce tedarik zinciri ve lojistik yönetimi konuları, sistemin bütününü görebilmek adına incelenmiştir. Daha sonra içinde geri dönüş süreci bulunan SCOR modeli ele alınmıştır. Performans değerlendirme modeli olan bu konu da temel hatlarıyla incelenmiştir. Tersine lojistik kavramına bu konulardan sonra değinilmiştir. Amaç yeni bir kavram olan tersine lojistiği açıklamak ve her yönüyle değerlendirmektir. Ayrıca tersine lojistik faaliyetleri uygulamayı düşünen 3PL şirketlere karar verme modelinden yararlanarak yardımcı olmaya çalışmaktır. Uygulama aşamasında ise bu karar verme modeli temel alınarak Türkiye’de faaliyet göstermekte olan 3PL şirketlerinin tersine lojistik konusundaki çalışmaları gözlenip değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

In this study, the returns that every firm face with, so the reverse logistics operations has mentioned. To see the whole of the system, supply chain and logistics management subjects has mentioned before passing to the reverse logistics subject. Later SCOR model that comprise return concept has defined. Being a performance measure model, it’s main lines described. After these subjects the reverse logistics concept has mentioned. The aim is to explain and mention all views of the reverse logistics that is a new concept. Also the other aim is to help the 3PL firms which want to enter the reverse logistics area by using a decision making model. In the practice phase the study of the 3PL firms that operate in Turkey, has observed and evaluated according to the decision making model mentioned in the previous sections.
