Dağıtım Yönetim Sistemi Tasarımı Ve Yazılım Geliştirme

Abstract

Dağıtımın lojistik yönetimi içinde önemli bir yeri vardır ve bu çalışmada dağıtım sürecinin etkin ve verimli bir şekilde yönetilebilmesi için gerekli sistemsel tasarım vurgulanmaktadır. Odaklanılan temel süreç yurtiçi dağıtım yönetimidir ve tasarlanan yapı yazılımsal olarak da uygulamaya dökülmektedir. Delphi programlama dili ve Microsoft SQL Server 2000 veri tabanı ile geliştirilen sistemin, kullanıcı dostu olması ve esnek bir kullanım özelliğine sahip olması hedeflenmiştir. Çok kullanıcılı klasik dağıtım, çapraz sevkıyat ve döngüsel sefer gibi süreçler sistem içinde uygulanabilmektedir. Sistemin devreye alınması ile birlikte dağıtım süreçlerinin daha rahat takip edilmesi, raporlanması ve bir üçüncü parti lojistik şirketi bakış açısından hak edişlerin sistemsel olarak hesaplanması hedeflenmiştir. Bu çalışma dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde, lojistik ve tedarik zinciri yönetimi kavramları hakkında bilgiler sunulmaktadır. İkinci bölüm lojistiğin dağıtım aşamasına daha detaylı bir şekilde odaklanmaktadır. Üçüncü bölüm veri tabanı yönetimi kavramını özet bir şekilde açıklamakta ve son bölümde ise geliştirilmiş dağıtım yönetimi yazılımının adım adım anlatımı yapılarak sağlanan faydalar vurgulanmaktadır.

Distribution has an important place in logistics and in this study, the required system design for an effective and productive management of distribution process is being emphasized. Domestic distribution is the main process being focused on and the designed structure is also presented as a computer application. The system is developed under Delphi programming language and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database and is aimed to be user-friendly with a flexible usage property. It is also made possible to implement classical multi-user distribution, cross-docking and milk-run processes. With the implementation of the system, a better follow-up of distribution processes, reporting and the systematic calculation of earnings from the perspective of a third party logistics firm is aimed. The study is composed of four main parts. In the first part, information about logistics and supply chain management are presented. The second part focuses on the distribution phase of logistics in more detail. The third part briefly explains the database management concept and in the final part, with the step by step exposition of the developed distribution management software, the advantages of the system are emphasized.
