Döşemelik Kumaşların Kullanım Performanslarını Ve Aşınma Dayanımlarını Etkileyen Şönil İplik Parametrelerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada döşemelik sektöründe kullanılan şönil kumaşların kullanım performans- larına etki eden şönil iplik parametreleri ve kumaş atkı sıklıkları incelemiştir. Bu amaçla malzeme, numara, büküm ve hav uzunluğu bakımından farklılaşan altı çeşit iplik üretilmiştir. Üretilen ipliklerin hammaddeleri akrilik, polyester ve viskon, iplik numaraları ise Nm4 ile Nm5 çeşitlenmiştir. Büküm değerleri 750 T/m ile 900 T/m ve hav uzunlukları da 0,8 mm ile 1,2 mm olarak üretilmiştir. Daha sonrada bu ipliklerin her biri ile 13 tel/cm ve 18 tel/cm sıklıkta olmak üzere 12 farklı kumaş dokunmuştur. Dokunan her bir kumaşın aşınma dayanımı, yırtılma mukavemeti, kopma mukavemeti, boncuklaşma ve boyutsal değişim özellikleri ilgili standartlara uygun olarak test edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlarda istatistiksel metotlara göre değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda şönil ipliğin yapısal özellikleriyle bağlantılı olan kumaş kullanım parametreleri ve bunların kumaşın kullanım performansına etkileri saptanmıştır. Bu saptamalar sonucunda daha kaliteli ve uzun ömürlü döşemelik kumaşlar elde etmek için şönil ipliklerde kullanılması gereken hammadde, numara aralığı, büküm sınırları hav uzunluğu ve sıklık aralığı belirlenmiş ve bu parametrelerinin her birinin aşınma dayanımı, mukavemet ve boyutsal değişime etki dereceleri ortaya konmuştur.

In this study the influence of chenille yarn manufacturing parameters and weft density of the fabric on the performance of upholstery fabrics were searched. For this purpose, six different yarn which have different material, number, twist and pile length were produced. The material types of produced yarns were acrylic, viscose and poliester. The produced yarns number was Nm 4 and Nm 5. The twist level of them was 750 T/m and 900 T/m. The pile length was 0,8 and 1,2 mm. Then each of these yarns were woven in 13 weft /cm and 18 weft /cm. The abrasion resistance, tear strength, breaking strength, pilling and shrinkage properties of woven fabrics was tested according to related test standards. The result of these tests were compared using statistical methods. Also the micro projection device was used to determine the changes on the fabric surfuce after abrasion resistance test. At the end of the study, the yarn manufacturing parameters, which related with fabric performance were determine and the influence type of these parameters on the fabric performans was commented. After all these comments, chenille yarn material type, number and twist levels, pile length and weft density was determined for more quality and durable upholstery fabrics. The influence degree of all these yarn parameters on the abrasion resistance, strength and shrinkage behaviour of the fabric was proved.
