Havayolu Ve Otobüs İşletmeciliği Maliyet Ve Rekabet Değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, dünyadaki gelişmeler çerçevesinde bölgesel havayolu taşımacılığıyla otobüs taşımacılığının bir değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Özellikle düşük maliyetli havayolu taşımacılığı ile otobüs taşımacılığının birbiriyle yarışabilir bir durumun ortaya çıkması sonucu yurtiçi yolcu taşımacılığında bir değişim söz konusudur. Bu bağlamda ; ulaştırma türlerinin yolcu taşımacılığı açısından kısa bir değerlendirmesi yapılmış, bölgesel havayolu taşımacılığı detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve Türkiye’deki bölgesel havayolu taşımacılığının nasıl olması gerektiği anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca havayolu ve otobüs yolcu taşımacılığı rekabetinin maliyetler göz önünde bulundurularak bir karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. Havayolu taşımacılığında ÖTV’nin kaldırılması sonucu oluşan rekabet durumunun otobüs taşımacılarını nasıl etkilediği, aynı şekilde ÖTV’nin otobüs taşımacılığında da kaldırılması durumunda bilet fiyatlarının hangi oranda değişeceği konusunda bilgiler verilmiştir.

This study is to serve as an evaluation of the regional air lines and the bus lines in our ever developing world. National public transportation is currently going through a significant shift with the recent challenge in competition due to the reduced costs in airlines. In light of this very fact, covered in this study are; a brief evaluation of passenger transportation; a detailed analysis of regional airline transportation; and how the national airline transportation should be. Also, the cost comparison of passenger transportation by air lines and bus lines is included. In addition, information is provided on how bus line companies are affected by the emerged competition as a result of the elimination of OTV (excise tax) on airline transportation; and how bus line ticket fares would be affected should OTV on bus line transportation be eliminated.
