Özet
Günümüz toplumunda, kalite kavramının her faaliyette ön planda tutularak, kalitenin üretici nezdinde güvence altına alınması ve dolayısı ile tüketicinin korunması yönünde bir anlayış oluşmaktadır. Kalitenin güvence altına alınabilmesi ancak belirli bir sistem dahilinde, planlı ve doğru bir şekilde, belirli amaç ve hedefler paralelinde çalışılarak temin edilebilir. Bu çalışmada özellikle otomotiv ve beyaz eşya sanayine hizmet veren orta ölçekli bir yansanayi firmasında Kalite Güvence Sisteminin yerleştirilebilmesi için yapılması gereken faaliyetler üzerinde durulmuştur. Tasarımın ve satış sonrası servis faaliyetlerinin mevcut olmadığı Firma faaliyet alanına ve üretim şekline göre mevcut Kalite Sistemlerinden ISO 9002 standardına uymaktadır. Kalite Güvence Sisteminin kurulması çalışmaları bu standard referans alınarak yapılmıştır. Hammadde girişinden ürünün sevkiyatına kadar geçen süreçte yapılması gereken işlemler gerek deneysel ve gerekse uyulamaya yönelik laboratuvar çalışmalanyla desteklenmiş ve sonuçlar irdelenmiştir.

Today, our daily lives and schedules depend totally upon the satisfactory performance and operation of product and services. Defect prevention is replacing defect inspection as the means to pursue continuous quality improvement Many organizations are eliminating incoming, in- process, and final inspection. Responsibility for quality is being placed on the person doing the work, whether assembling, fabricating, managing, servicing, or delivering. Company-wide quality management, in other words total quality management, is replacing quality assurance. Quality management is a broader concept than quality assurance or control. It not only implies controlling and assuring, but it also includes organizing, monitoring, coordinating and even cheer leading quality. The aim of quality control is first to strength a country's economic base by enabling it to export large volumes of high-quality, reasonably priced products, and finally to secure affirm economic foundation for the future by establishing and actively exporting industrial technology. The ultimate aims of quality control is to enable companies to share their profits sensibly and fairly among consumers, employees, and shareholders, to raise the country's standard of living and to make life better for the world as a whole.
