Yaratıcı Metropol: Düzen Ve Düzensizliğin Sınırında

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, metropol olarak adlandırılan günümüz kentinin tüm düzenleme çabalarına rağmen kaotik özelliği; her zaman yenilikler üretebilmesi, insanlarca arzulanması, düşünülmesi, değiştirilmesi, kısacası yaşaması; düzen ve düzensizliklerin sınırında olmasıyla açıklanmıştır. Bu çerçevede kentteki düzen ve düzen dışılıklar incelenmiştir. Endüstrileşme sonrası kentlerin karmaşık doğası içinde oluşan toplumsal hayallerin, ideallerin, ütopyaların kentleri dönüştürme gücü örneklerle verilmeye çalışılmış ve kentin bunlarla bir yandan düzenlendiği, bir yandan bu düzenlerin bozulduğu gösterilmiştir. Kentteki farklı ölçeklerdeki mimari düzenler belli kentsel / mimari normlarla kurulmakta ve korunmaktadır. Bu normlar kentteki normal, kabul edilebilir davranışı veya yapılanmayı gösterirken; kapsayamadıklarını sapma , istisna , hata olarak dışlarlar. Fakat düzen dışılıklar, düzenlerle etkileşim içinde olduğundan kent hiçbir zaman durağan veya dengede değildir. Düzenlerin ve düzensizliklerin etkileşimi sayesinde, metropol, değişir, dönüşür, yeni düzen ve düzensizlikler yaratılır. Bu özelliğiyle metropol her an yeni durumların ortaya çıkabileceği, yaratıcı bir ortamdır. Sonuç olarak, bu ortamda, günümüz kentinde ve mimarlığında bütüncül bir plan, bir son veya her şeye cevap olabilecek tek somut bir cümle önerilemez. Kent sürekli bir değişim, dönüşüm ve yaratıcılık içindedir. Kent bir durum değil, süreçtir; varlık değil oluşumdur.

In this study, the contemporary city called as metropolis chaotic character in spite of all the ordering efforts; its ability of always creating novelties; its being desired, thought and changed by people; in short its life are explained by its being in-between order and disorder. In this context, orders and disorders in the city are examined. The power of transforming the city of the society s images, ideals and utopias that are formed in the chaotic nature of the post-industrial city, is tried to be given by examples and it is shown that the city is on the one hand organized by them and on the other hand these orders are being deteriorated. The urban / architectural orders in various scales in the city are created and protected by definite urban / architectural norms. These norms, by showing the normal, acceptable behavior or organization; leave out the ones they can not interiorize as deviation , exception , error . But since the disorders are in interaction with each other; the city is never stable or in equilibrium. Due to the interaction of orders and disorders, metropolis changes, transforms, generates new orders and disorders. Characterized by this, metropolis is a creative environment where novelties can be generated any time. In conclusion, in this environment, in contemporary city and architecture, a totalitarian plan, an end or a singular, concrete sentence that can be an answer to everything cannot be proposed. The city is in a never-ending change, transformation and creativity. The city is not a situation, it is a process; not a being, it is a becoming.
