Kriz Yönetimi Ve Ekonomik Krizlerin İşletmeler Üzerindeki Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışma kapsamında, son yıllarda ülkemizde ve dünyada sıklıkla yaşanan krizlerle mücadelede en etkili çözüm olan kriz yönetimi kavramı incelenmiş ve ekonomik krizlerin işletmelerin örgütsel davranış, örgütsel yapı ve firma performans özellikleri üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla Ekonomik Krizlerin İşletmeler Üzerindeki Etkileri modeli oluşturulmuştur. Modele ait verileri toplamak için anket yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamını Eskişehir Organize Sanayi bölgesinde yer alan firmalar oluşturmuştur. Araştırmaya katılan firmaların modelde yer alan değişkenlere ait sorulara kriz öncesi ve kriz sırasında için verdikleri yanıtlardan yola çıkılarak, ekonomik krizlerin işletmelerin örgütsel davranış özellikleri, örgütsel yapı özellikleri ve firma performans özellikleri üzerindeki etkileri belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları göstermektedir ki; ekonomik krizler her büyüklükteki işletmeyi etkilemekle birlikte, bu etkilerin boyutları farklı olabilmektedir. Krizlerin olumsuz etkilerini azaltmak ve olumlu sonuçlara yol açacak şekilde yönetmek ise önemli bir avantaj olarak görülmektedir.

In this study, crisis management which is the most effective formula for the crisises which are seen frequently in our country and in the world is analyzed and the model of The Effects Of Economic Criseses On Firms is formed to determine the effects of economic crisises on organizational behaviour, organizational structure and performance features of firms. The questionnaire method is preferred to collect data. The scope of this study is the firms that have operations in Eskişehir. With the answers of the firms, which forms the scope of the study, the effects of economic crisises on organizational behavior features, organizational structure features and performance features of firms are defined. Study results show that; economic crisises affect all firms but the size and dimension of these effects can be different. To reduce the negative effects of crisises and to manage them to be affected positively is seen an important advantage.
