Özet
Bu çalışmada, ülkemizde elektrik üretimi için fosil kökenli yakıtlardan kömür kullanan Zonguldak-Çatalağzı, fuel-oil kullanan İstanbul-Ambarlı ve doğal gaz kullanan Kırklareli-Hamitabat termik santrallerine ait resmi üretim-tüketim verileri kullanılarak, her bir santralin en “küçük kareler metodu” ve “regresyon analizi” ile beklenen enerji üretimlerini gösteren doğru denklemleri, kümülatif toplam değerler grafikleri, spesifik enerji tüketim eğrileri çizilmiştir. Oluşturulan bu doğru ve eğriler kullanılarak santraller için performans değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. İlgili denklemler enerji yöneticilerinin “izleme ve hedef oluşturma” aşamasında enerji tüketim ve üretim performansı ve bu standardın üzerinde performans sağlanmasında karşılaştırma bazı olarak kullanılabilecektir. Yine bu santraller için hedef eğrileri de oluşturularak santral enerji yöneticileri için hedefler belirlenmiştir. Sözü edilen üç santralin enerji verimlilikleri Uluslararası Enerji Ajansı’nın referans değerleriyle karşılaştırılmış ve enerji verimliliği konusunda ülke olarak hangi aşamada olduğumuzun yanıtı aranmıştır.
In this study, trend equations which show expected energy production, CUSUM graphics and spesific energy consumption graphics of Zonguldak-Çatalağzı Power Plant which uses coal, Istanbul-Ambarlı Power Plant which uses fuel-oil and Kırklareli-Hamitabat Power Plant which uses natural gas as a fuel source, are obtained by using offical production and consumption datas of power plants in terms of “Least Squares Method” and “Regression Analysis”. These obtained equations and graphics were analyzed in order to evaluate peformances of power plants. Aforementioned equations & graphics may be used by energy managers to determine the energy consumption & production performance of plants and to obtain a higher standart performance for comparison in the stages of “watching & setting target” procedures. Also “target graphics” were obtained for the energy managers of these power plants. The energy efficiency indicators of three different types of power plants have been compared by the reference values belong to modern fosil fuelled power plants which are published by IEA(International Energy Agency) and the answers of where our country settle in terms of energy efficiency, were searched.
