Özet
Bu çalışmada, betonarme perdelerin deprem etkisi altındaki davranışları incelenmiştir. Betonarme perdelerin kullanım amaçları, düzenlenme şekilleri, perdelerden oluşan taşıyıcı sistemler, perdelerde süneklik, göçme eğriliği, gövde donatısı miktarı ve moment taşıma kapasitesi arasındaki ilişkiler gibi konular irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca, perdelerin rijit ve elastik temelle olan etkileşimleri ve perde yüksekliğinin deprem etkileri üzerindeki etkisi ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalardan elde edilen sonuçlara yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra bağ kirişleri, davranışları, göçme şekilleri ve konstrüktif kuralları ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Perdelerle ilgili verilen bu bilgilerin ışığında, çok katlı perdeli çerçeveli betonarme bir binanın tasarım aşamaları üzerinde durulmuştur. SAP 2000 programı yardımı ile yatay ve düşey yükler için çözüm yapılmıştır. Ayrıca Fiktif Çerçeve yöntemi kullanılarak deprem hesabı yapılmıştır. Betonarme hesabı TS 500 ve ABYYHY’deki hususlara uyularak yapılmıştır. Ayrıca ABYYHY’deki yönetmelikteki gerekli düzensizlik kontrolleri de yapılmış, binamızda herhangi bir düzensizliğe rastlanmamıştır.
In this study, reinforced concrete shear walls behaviors under dynamic loading, is examined. The aim of using shear walls, arrangement types, structural systems consisting of shear walls, the relation between ductility, failure curvature, main reinforcement quantity and moment capacity of shear walls are also talked about in this study. Furthermore, results obtained from some studies about interaction of shear walls with flexible and rigid foundation, the effects of shear wall height on dynamic responses are talked about too. Afterwards, some knowledge about coupled beams, their behaviors, failure modes and constructive rules are mentioned. According to the knowledge given about shear walls, a tall story reinforced concrete building is designed. By using the SAP 2000 programme the building is analysed for both lateral and vertical loads. Also by using the Fictitious Frame method, the dynamic analysis of building is made. The reinforced concrete sectional calculations are made according to the basis represented in Turkish Earthquake Code and Turkish Standart 500. Disorder controls of the building are made according to the basis represented in Turkish Earthquake Code and there is no disorder found at the building.
