Lojistik Köy Yer Seçiminde Sezgisel Bulanık Bütünleşik Bir Çok Ölçütlü Yöntem Önerisi

Abstract

Boolean mantığında, çok değerli bulanık mantığın aksine sadece 0 ve 1 değerlerini alır ve bulanık mantık daha geniş kapsamlı bir gerçeklik derecesi sunduğu için Boolean mantığı yerine tercih edilmiştir ve tezde kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan ölçütler geniş bir literatür araştırmasından sonar belirlenmiş, Bulanık Sezgisel DEMATEL yöntemi ile ön elemeden geçirilmiştir. Daha sonra Bulanık Aralık Değerli Sezgisel ANP yönetemi ile kriter ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Sözel değişkenlerden oluşan karar matrisi Sezgisel Bulanık TOPSIS yöntemi ile ele alınmış ve en iyi lojisitk köyü yeri seçimi gerçekleştirimiştir.

While in Boolean logic, there are only two possibilities about the truth values of variables (They might only be '0' or '1'), in Fuzzy logic, a form of many-valued logic, the truth values of variables might be any real number between '0' and '1'. We can say about why we use fuzzy logic, concept of partial truth, in which the truth value might range between thoroughly true and thoroughly false is solved by means of Fuzzy logic. The evaluation criteria have been determined after a wide literature review and these criteria have been processed by intuitionistic fuzzy DEMATEL to select the most influencing ones. Later, interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy ANP method has ben used to determine the weights of the criteria. Finally, the decision matrix composed of linguistic variables has been handled by intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS and the best freight village's location has been determined.
