Tedarikçi Değerlendirme Sürecinde Bir Uzman Sistem Yaklaşımı: Çimento Sektöründe Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışma kapsamında tedarik zinciri yönetimi yaklaşımı incelenmiş, çimento sektöründe uygulanabilecek bir tedarikçi değerlendirme ve seçim sistemi tasarlanmıştır. Bu değerlendirme ve seçim sistemini oluşturabilmek için mevcut tedarikçi değerlendirme altyapısı tek başına ve çimento sektörü de gözönünde bulundurularak ayrı ayrı incelenmiş, sektörel tedarikçi değerlendirme parametreleri ve alt kriterleri belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen parametre ve kriterlerin tedarikçi seçimi ile bütünleşmesini sağlamak için uzman sistemler ve analitik hiyerarşi prosesi (AHP) kullanılmıştır. Uzman sistemlerin kullanılmasının amacı değerlendirme sürecindeki karmaşıklığı etkin bir şekilde yönetmek iken, AHP’nin kullanım amacı farklı değerlendirme ve seçim kriterlerinin birbirlerine göre göreceli önemlerinin belirlenebilmesidir. Bu şekilde farklı değerlendirme kriterlerine ağırlık vermek ve bu ağırlıkları uzman sistem altyapısı ile bütünleştirmek mümkün olmuş, program bu doğrultuda tasarlanmıştır.

In this study, the supply chain management process has been investigated and a supplier assessment and selection model was designed to aid the cement industry. In order to create this assessment and selection system, the general characteristics of the supplier selection process and the infrastructure of the cement industry were studied separately. Afterwards the specific parameters for supplier selection in the cement industry were determined. To integrate these parameters to the supplier selection process expert systems and the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used. The expert system was used to manage the complexity of the decision making process during the assessment and AHP was used to define the relative importance of various assessment and selection criteria. So, it was possible to give weights to the criteria and to integrate these weights to the expert system infrastructure and design the program.
