| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalısmada, Cografi Bilgi Sistemleri kullanılarak olusturulan Mekansal Performans Yönetimi için uygun planlama ilkeleri ve metodlar açıklanmaktadır. Mekansal Performans Yönetimi için en önemli konulardan cografi kodlama ile ilgili detaylı bilgilere örneklerle birlikte yer verilmektedir. Cografi kodlamaya hazırlık niteligindeki adres esleme ve adres standartlastırma kavramları da bu çalısmada ele alınmaktadır. Cografi kodlama ile harita üzerinden gösterimleri saglanan veriler, uygun demografik ve diger yapıdaki verilerle iliskili olarak analiz edilerek kullanım alanına yönelik olarak daha önceden farkedilmeyen potansiyellerin belirlenmesi saglanmaktadır. Örnek uygulama ile birlikte satısa yönelik olarak yapılabilecek sorgulamalar ve analizler için önerilerde bulunulmustur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, appropriate planning principles and methods for Spatial Performance Management using Geographical Information Systems has been explaining. One of the most important topics of Spatial Performance Management, Geocoding, has been explaining in details with sample applications. Also, address standardization and address matching which is a kind of preperation for geocoding has been given in this study. The datas on the map layers with the appropriate demographical datas and other structure datas is used to perform analyses to define unrecognize potentials. The suggestions for sales queris and analyses has been also given in the sample application model. | |
