Değişen Çevre Koşulları Ve Kentsel Yaşantı İçerisinde Peyzaj Unsurlarının Yeni Rolü – Ara Katman Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, günümüzde değişen kent koşulları içerisinde, fiziksel çevre üzerinde gözlenen kurgusal ve ekolojik boyutlu problemlere karşılık, kente yönelik geliştirilen iyileştirici bir müdahale olarak alternatif bir model önermektedir. Söz konusu model, kentsel bir bileşen olan peyzaj unsurlarının, fiziksel açıdan aynı düzlem üzerinde bulunan ve kenti oluşturan doluluklar (yapı ve yapı grupları) ve boşluklarla (dış mekanlar) etkileşim içerisinde bulunan ara bir katman olarak değerlendirmektedir. Bu kapsamda ele alınan çalışmada, fiziksel çevre bütünlüğü içerisinde, ara bir katman olan peyzaj unsurlarının doluluk ve boşluklarla olan karşılıklı etkileşimi sonucu tasarımda göz önünde bulundurulması gereken kriterleri sunmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında elde edilen kriterler, dayandığı temel fikirler bakımından olumlu bulunan 155 adet örneğin irdelenmesini içeren kişisel bir değerlendirme sonucu elde edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda ortaya konulan çalışma günümüzde farklı ölçek ve içeriklere sahip tasarım süreçlerinin her bir aşamasında göz önünde bulundurulması gereken ölçütleri sunması bakımından tasarımcıyı yönlendirici niteliğe sahip bir kılavuz önermektedir.

This study proposes a new approach to find a solution for the problems in environmental context and to develop physical setting which encompasses the ideal life conditions for human being. The proposal of this study assumes that the ideal urban environment can only be created according to ‘interaction’ between different components of physical environment, both natural and artificial. From that point, proposed approach assumes landscape comoponents as a mid- layer that must be considered with the basic comoponents of physical urban setting which can be characterized as masses ( building groups) and voids (open spaces) and presents criterias in accordence with the interaction between these components.The criterias are acquired as a result of individual evaluation process that comprises the examination of 155 samples which are considered as affirmative tool for the basic thought that they present. This study introduces a criteria set which must be considered within design process which are performed in different scale and different context. Thus this study has both theoritical and practical base and introduces a guide to help designer for creating environmental integrity.
