Özet
Bu çalışmada, farklı şekilde polimerleştirilen monomerlerin blok kopolimerleri sentezlenmiştir. Önce; fotoaktif siklohekzanon-formaldehit ve asetofenon-formaldehit reçinesi-bağlı benzoin ve benzoinizobütileter reçineleri ketonik reçinelerin in situ modifikasyonu yöntemi ile hazırlanmış ve bu fotoaktif ketonik reçineler siklohekzen oksitin blok kopolimerizasyonunda kullanılmıştır. Ketonik reçinelerin fotolizi ile oluşan makroradikaller katyonik olarak polimerleşen siklohekzen oksitin polimerizasyonunu başlatamaz. Siklohekzen oksitin polimerizasyonunun başlaması için piridinyum tuzu kullanılmıştır. Makroradikaller, piridinyum tuzları sayesinde siklohekzen oksitin kopolimerizasyonunu başlatabilecek katyonlara yükseltgenmiştir. Bu mekanizmaya Yükseltgenmiş Katyonik Polimerizasyon denir.
In this work, block copolymers of monomers that polymerize by other mechanisms were synthesized. Firstly; photo reactive cyclohexanone-formaldehyde, acetophenone-formaldehyde resin-bound benzoin, cyclohexanone-formaldehyde resin-bound benzoinisobuthylether resins were prepared by in situ modification of ketonic resins and these photoactive ketonic resins were used in block copolymerization of cyclohexene oxide. Macroradicals generated by photolysis of ketonic resins aren’t capable of initiating polymerization of cyclohexene oxide which is polymerized cationically. Pyridinium salts were used to initiate polymerization of cyclohexene oxide. Macroradicals were oxidized to cationic species by pyridinium salts to initiate copolymerization of cyclohexene oxide. This process is called Radical Promoted Cationic Polymerization.
